Mortgage Assistance

Are you having difficulty making your mortgage payment? Do you need assistance?

It's not too late! We may still be able to help you keep your home, even if you are delinquent on your Lockheed Federal Credit Real Estate Loan. There are options available which include Repayment Plans, Loan Modification, as well as Liquidation Plans such as Short Sales, and Deeds-in-Lieu of Foreclosure.

Common hardship situations may include the following:

• Loss of job or reduction in income
• Divorce or separation
• Death of the homeowner, spouse or family member
• Illness of homeowner or family member
• Forced job relocation by employer

Please fill out and return our Borrower Financial Statement or contact an LFCU Loss Mitigation Counselor at 888-718-5328, extension 2494 or 2430 to discuss your situation. We are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
